I have read several books about using a phone card in Europe but, I never actually tried it. So, this year when we went to Italy and Spain… I decided to try it and document it on video. I hope this helps you understand how it works. I bought the card for 6 Euro in Barcelona and got 40 minutes of calling to the US.
